Our Mission

Chado Path was founded to connect cultures through the traditional art ofese tea ceremony. The principles of sado—harmony (wa), respect (kei), purity (sei), and tranquility (jaku)—are values that can enrich lives across cultural backgrounds.

Our platform provides English-speaking individuals access to authentic tea ceremony experiences with certified masters. We maintain high standards of authenticity while making these traditions accessible to modern practitioners.

Lineage and Authenticity

Our instructors come from direct lineages of respected tea schools in, including the Urasenke and Omotesenke traditions. Each master brings decades of practice and study, maintaining the integrity of traditional sado while adapting to contemporary learning needs.

Located in Tokyo's historic Nihonbashi district, our setting honors the merchant culture that helped spread tea ceremony throughout. This location provides context for understanding the cultural significance and historical aspects of tea ceremony practice.
